Specifies that a notification appears in a user’s Role Center. Select this field, and enter a user ID in the To User ID field if you want to send the note to another user. When you save the note, the note will appear as a notification on that user's Role Center.
If you want to display the note on your own Role Center, enter your own user ID in the To User ID field and select the Notify field.
